早安！露營甦醒的清晨風光。
On the way to Los Padres we stopped by a Hunan restaurant to have our first trial over the local food which surprise me a lot since they are having every dish in spice. Maybe beside the snack, fried rice cake with brown sugars which is pretty chewy and sweet. It has potential to develop as a snack shop style here in the U.S. which i think would get poplar for everyone loves sweets. The left picture is a cold noodle dish with some garlic, green onion, fried red pepper seeds, vinegars which is popular for children in early days with vendors pushing cart walking along the streets. It is hard to see nowadays. The middle picture is Hunan beef rice noodles which has tones of red pepper spices with the soup. It brings flavor from those spices but not too hot/spicy.
第一天在前往Los Padres國家公園的路途，我們午餐在LA附近的湖南大宮殿。刮涼粉（左圖）是湖南人兒時垂涎的課後小點，內含大量豐富的蔥蒜醋過油辣椒子。刮涼粉多由小販推著車子到處遊走販賣而今越來越少見了。中間是津市牛肉米粉，主角是像是粿仔的米粉，比粿仔細很多，他們不說吃米粉，而是說"唆粉"(感覺有日本人吃拉麵的氣勢），因為米粉細又方便吸而有此稱法。右圖是糖油粑粑，外觀似甜不辣，事實上是粑粑(黏黏得糕類）沾滿黑糖下去低溫油炸，粑粑本身炸起來有嚼勁。我覺得這一道甜點有潛力可以在美國發展成一項受歡迎的甜品。
Highway 33 is still off since the falling rocks and still this is an off season for camping( usually starts in the middle of Spring). We took 5 instead and it took us about one more hour than 33 which is fine for us cause we are just looking for a closed by relaxing trip. There are plenty campgrounds in Los Padres National Park which is widely spread from west to east side(left pic). We head directly toward Mountain Pinos(mid pic) and took a short hike about 3-3.5 miles road trip up on the hill. It was pretty foggy up there and chill around zero Celsius degree. It was out of the expect for the weather and did not well prepared for caps, gloves, snow pants preventing the snowy chilly.
33公路由於落石和淡季而封閉。雖然走五號會多一個小時，但是我們不介意畢竟這是的鄰近的點給我們短暫的遠離喧囂。Los Padres國家公園內有許多露營的據點(左圖），我們直達mount Pinos然後走了約一小時半的健行。健行的路徑底端是個至高點（右圖），由於天候不佳只見我們被低雲霧包圍，宛如古時候的水墨畫般。無奈我們裝備不夠，沒有筆墨，沒有預料到山上是零度C，看預報(11-19度）是不準確的。

Hard working over searching we finally found a opening campground and we were shock by the luxury vista from the top to those soft mountains and plane fields. The campground named valle vista campground which tells exactly what it embraces - tones of mountains and valleys. It is surprised that theres still some places possess the beauty of the south CA and you do not need to go that far to enjoy, especially, after living in yellowish/dead deserts closed by and around for a long while.
經過一路搜尋，我們最後終於找到正式有開放可以露營的營地。踏入營地時，我們完全被這個至高點奢侈的景色吸引住。營地名稱叫做Valle Vista 顧名思義就是望山谷，坐擁的重重山谷和遠方的大片平原。沒想到住在南加這麼久才發現，不用出遠門也可以遠離鄰近死寂的黃土沙漠，而站在這裡俯瞰南加的美麗。
Suset starts at 7pm, we start setting up everything at 6pm. We BBQ, drink, cook instant noodles and it should sounds chill and relax. Actually, it was super windy all the way and we tried our best to shake out our goose bumps. I was the first one down and sneak into the sleep bag. It was too cold and i got headache.
夕陽是七點，我們六點開始把所有該架好的東西準備好。我們烤肉，喝啤酒，煮泡麵，理應是自在又放鬆。然而，殘酷的現實是，這天有超強的冷風伴隨著夜晚，我們試圖鬥掉身上所有的雞皮疙瘩撐著。結果我是第一個陣亡被風吹到頭痛，鑽進去睡袋李蜷起來當毛毛蟲。
We enjoyed the sunshine and brunch next morning(the pic at the top). It went better and no winds pops up anymore.
We decided heading back since we do not have more water and need to get some gas. Our dinner stopped at San Gabriel for some spicy Hunan dishes again! The stinky tofu is fried and then boiled which is new to me. It is a popular for Hunan people eat fish head as a dish. This is rare for me to see.
隔天清晨（最上面的圖）沒有什麼風，我們比較輕鬆愜意的享受了陽光和早午餐。
由於水用罄，和需要找加油站，在找到加油站後沿著通往Reyes Peak的那條路出來回到五號公路。晚餐前往洞庭春展開另一頓開眼界的湖南料理。湖南臭豆腐是先炸後煮，很像我們的臭豆腐加上麻辣燙的綜合版本。剁椒魚頭是常見的湖南家常菜（他們湖裡的於都很大尾），所以魚頭就是一道菜。另外一道菜是臘肉萵筍，原來這個萵筍就是台語的倭仔菜心。當然不意外，每一道菜都一定要炒辣椒，又香又辣。
I am glad to go out this two days one night camping trip. It surfers some unexpected accidents make the trip memorable since nothing went too bad. Camping makes by brain off the modern tech and myself treasure more about having all the resources to live the life. For sure I will try another time camping again since it is so fun. I will/should get prepared next time!
經歷了這趟露營，最難忘的便是衣服裝備不夠冷得要命，但是又沒有讓這趟旅程變得非常糟糕算是某種畫龍點睛的微妙吧！回到家後，我又深深地感受到要好好珍惜身邊唾手可得的這些資源（水，房子，食物）。我想我以後還會再去露營，好好享受偶爾生活上的改變吧！（要準備好裝備!)
